Ask God for a piece of the armor of God from Ephesians 6. What percentage of joy (peace, authority, grace…) are you experiencing? Did you lose it or give it away? Ask for it back (forgive anyone if needed). Ask God something He would like to do with you. Ask God to show you a memory of your life and then ask Him to show where He is in that memory. Ask God for a picture of how He sees you. We regularly break into groups of three and do these types of activations during trainings.
